This Privacy Policy explains how Rajesh Ranjan ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit rajeshranjan.co.in, contact me, or buy a digital product such as the ebook Fix Your CIBIL Score: 90-Day Playbook.

1. Information I collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and your message.
• Purchases: when you buy, payment is processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects your payment details directly. I receive your name, email, phone number and payment status, but never your full card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected by hosting logs and by analytics or advertising tools (for example the Meta Pixel), if enabled.

I do not ask for, and you should never send me, your credit report, PAN, Aadhaar number, passwords or OTPs.

2. How I use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and provide consulting services you ask about.
• To deliver the products you buy, and to help with order or payment issues.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure the performance of ads.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

I do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure visits and the results of advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

4. Who I share information with

Only with service providers that help run this website and business, and only as needed:

• Razorpay, for payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS), for website hosting and for storing and emailing contact form messages.
• Meta Platforms, for ad measurement, if the Meta Pixel is enabled.
• Google Fonts, which serves the website font.

I may also disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from authorities.

5. Data storage and security

Contact form messages are stored on AWS servers in India (Mumbai region). I use reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage online is completely secure.

6. How long I keep information

I keep enquiries and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, tax records).

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Email me using the details below and I'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This website and its products are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
