These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of rajeshranjan.co.in and to any digital product you buy from it, including the ebook Fix Your CIBIL Score: 90-Day Playbook. The website and products are provided by Rajesh Ranjan ("I", "me"), Delhi, India. By using the website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products

Ebooks are delivered as digital files (PDF). After a successful payment you get access to the file. You are responsible for giving a correct email address and phone number at checkout.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and by paying you also agree to Razorpay's terms.

3. Licence to use

When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish the ebook or any part of it, free or paid, without my written permission. All content on this website and in the products is my intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

4. Educational purpose only and no guarantees

The ebook and all content on this website are for general educational purposes only. They are not financial, credit, legal or tax advice, and I am not your financial adviser. Results vary from person to person and depend on your own credit history and on decisions made by credit bureaus and lenders. No specific score improvement or loan approval is guaranteed. I am not affiliated with TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark or any lender. For advice about your own situation, please consult a qualified professional.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false, abusive or spam messages through the contact form.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the content. My total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
