Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital products bought on rajeshranjan.co.in, including the ebook Fix Your CIBIL Score: 90-Day Playbook.

1. Digital products are generally non-refundable

Ebooks are digital files that are delivered right after payment and cannot be "returned". For this reason, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, except in the situations below.

2. When you will get a refund

• Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Not delivered: your payment went through but you did not receive the product, and I can't fix it within 48 hours of you reporting it.
• Faulty file: the file is corrupted or won't open, and I can't send you a working copy.

3. How to request a refund

Email me within 7 days of purchase with:

• the email address or phone number you used at checkout,
• your Razorpay payment ID, and
• a short description of the problem.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

5. Cancellations

Because products are delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete. If a payment fails but money was deducted, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay. Contact me if it isn't.
